Utah Sports Leagues is an adult recreation league based in Salt Lake City, Utah. It currently offers flag football and will offer Kickball and Dodgeball in 2016. Other sports will follow.Utah Sports Leagues is an outlet for adults to social and exercise. There are numerous youth sports available but not enough for adults. Once we have kids we keep our focus on them and their activities. For many, this means we don't take the time to keep ourselves active. Most sports leagues only require about an hour commitment per week. Though, as adults, our lives can be busy, we need to keep active. Find a hobby or activity you enjoy or would like to try.
